Super Eagles number two Ikechukwu Ezenwa was on the losing side yesterday as his team Katsina United fell 1:0 to Wikki Tourist in the Nigeria Professional Football League over the weekend.
The lively goalkeeper, who has now manned the post in recent matches for Katsina United, was beaten in 67 minute by a strike from Garba. Both teams had tried to size each out up in the first half to no effect on either side as they went to break 0:0.
After the goal, the winning side then went down to 10 men after Adamu was shown his marching orders towards the 90th minute.
Ezenwa has now been unsuccessful in keeping a clean sheet in his last 4 outings in the NPFL.
Wikki Tourist occupy the 5th position while Katsina United are 6th on the league table.
